Sam Miller runs Bootcamp Babies every Monday from 10:30-11:30am. Don’t worry, no experience is necessary.
You can bring your baby, toddler or both to the class where you will use steps, weights, kettlebells, toning bands and finishing with abs. Sounds like a full body workout!
