Frozen Fruity Pops

Here’s a great healthy kid’s treat recipe perfect for summer – frozen fruity pops. They are quick and easy to make.  We used a mixture of berries, fresh orange juice and added a few spoonfuls of a mix of milled flaxseed and nuts for an extra healthy twist.  However, you can use any fruit (or vegetables) or could try adding yoghurt too.
