Kinder Gym is an organised physical activity designed to help young children learn co-ordination, balance and agility skills thus leading to physical and mental confidence, – promoting fitness whilst having fun.
Aim for the child to satisfy his or her need to crawl, climb, swing and roll in a safe and supervised environment, learning how to control the body correctly and exercising in a fun way.
Aim for the parent to help the child gain confidence, encouraging a timid child unable to complete the “assault course” to turn into a confident toddler able to challenge any obstacle, physical or mental, and encouraging a careless child to focus and climb safely.
Aim for everyone to have fun.
