Whether you had a baby 6 weeks ago or 6 years ago come along and get some exercise. Babies, toddlers and any older children welcome at Bump & Beyond‘s summer outdoor exercise class which also run during school term times.
Bring an exercise mat if you have one (and a towel or picnic blanket if you don’t!).
The class consists of strengthening exercises, cardiovascular exercises and a specific core and pelvic floor section to finish.
I’ve been to this class lots of time and can personally recommend. Elisa always gives you a few options of how to do an exercise so you can go easy if you’re just starting to get back into shape or push yourself a bit more. She can also tailor the exercises if you’re pregnant.
There are toys for the little ones to play while you exercise and you’re welcome to bring a mixed age group of children which is great for me in the school holidays when I have my bigger kids too.
