Crockford Bridge Farm are one of Surrey’s largest growers of Pumpkins and are renowned for the high quality of their crop which is painstakingly harvested by hand every year.

The pumpkin crop is of a superior grade to the cheaper mass harvested pumpkins found in supermarkets, which are priced artificially low as ‘loss leaders’ to drive footfall. Each pumpkin is harvested by hand to leave a longer, more attractive stalk and to avoid the scars and blemishes caused by machine harvesting which is seen on lesser grade crops. You will see the difference in quality.

First two weeks of October only on selected dates only  Booking is essential, only customers with a valid Farm Pass will be permitted entry to the fields.

Sausage Fest

During the pumpkin picking weekends you can book for Sausage Fest, a fun Pop up in the Avant Garden. Real fruit slushies (No additives or glycerol). Grilled butchers sausages with all the trimmings, vegetarian alternatives are available, no vegan options yet.

Crockbridge Farm Pumpkin Festival 2023

The Pumpkin Festival runs over October half term. Please note that Pumpkin Picking is a separate event which finishes before the Pumpkin Festival begins.Pumpkins cannot be picked from our fields during the Pumpkin Festival. Pumpkins are not included in the Pumpkin Festival ticket price.

• Festival Entertainment. There will be varied performers around the Pumpkin Festival bringing a circus vibe. Jugglers, Mime, Dancers, Hooper, Stilt walkers and an Aerialist will entertain you during your visit.
• Fancy Dress Up and get in to the spirit of the season. There are prizes for the best costume.
• Outdoor Pumpkin Carving and decorating area. Carve your pumpkin in the festival and keep your house mess-free. Send us pictures of your best effort for a chance to win prizes in our competition. We can’t provide sharp knives to children for Health & Safety Reasons.
• Pumpkin Scavenger Hunt for children and those who are children at heart.
• Vintage Fairground Games try your luck at classic fairground games with a Pumpkin twist.
• The Cornival Obstacle Maze have fun crossing the obstables and dodging dead-ends
• Pumpkin Displays and installations have fun enjoying our quirky autumnal displays.
• Photo Opportunities, Pumpkin displays and arty installations.
• Vintage Fairground Rides we will have some vintage fairground rides for your enjoymet (not included in the ticket price)
• Vintage Games & other fun activities.
• Our Ice Cream Parlour is open serving a wide range of incredible Italian Gelato from nearby Gelateria Danieli.
• Hot Chocolate Shack. Enjoy a warming hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, Farm Fresh apple juice, Halloween chocolates and Toffee Apples (while stocks last). The Hot Choolate Shack and Ice Cream Parlour are only open to Festival Ticket holders to reduce queues for ticket holders.
• Pop Up Food. Street foodvendors will be on site offering a selection of food during our Pumpkin Festival.

Pumpkin Market

16th to 29th October, there are a wide variety of pre-harvested Pumpkins and Squashes available in buy the Pumpkin Market whilst stocks last. Towards the end of October they recommend checking what’s available, particularly if making a long journey.
