I am a strong believer in being proactive before the problems arise. If you have a child who can easily frustrate or become angry, you know just how important it is to “catch” the build up before the explosion and learn the “triggers” that could cause your child to meltdown.
Oxford Spires Hypnotherapy are running mindfulness classes for children starting in January and running every Saturday.
The classes are combination of mindfulness exercises and movements with intention to introduce meditation and mindfulness to the children. It will be fun and all the games are designed to teach children how to pause, be more aware of their emotions and how they can quiet their minds. The mindfulness movements will make them more aware of their bodies, how they can recognise what is happening and the effect emotions have to the body.
