Mini Professionals Dance Academy offer a wide range of classes for all ages included a parent & baby fitness class.
Parent & Baby Fitness Class
TUESDAY 11.15-12pm
This class is the perfect way to slowly build up your fitness while also spending quality time with your baby. The class includes a gentle warm up, before moving on to exercises that will strength the legs, core and pelvic floor, as well as the arms and back.
The class will end with a cool down and stretch as well as the chance to have a chat with the other parents and let the little ones play. The whole class has been adapted to allow for babies to be included in the exercises, however they do have plenty of baby mats and gyms that your baby can safely lay in and stay happy while you exercise. There are also plenty of baby safe toys and play areas available.
Creche Fitness Circuit
THURSDAY 10.30-11.15am
This class is designed to allow parents to exercise with their child. MPDA provide safe and engaging play areas for your child to explore while you follow the exercise class.
The class is a circuit class and participants will work their way around the circuit that includes exercises that will build stamina and cardiovascular fitness as well as strengthen and tone the main muscle groups of the body (legs, core, arms and back).
The atmosphere is supportive and relaxed and parents are able to pause to care for their child as and when needed.
