This is a fun effective exercise class. The classes are taken by Sophie Carter a personal trainer with pre and post natal exercise qualifications. Sophie is also a mother of two and a competitive runner. I’ve personally been on these classes and had a great time, as well as getting fit after having my first child.
The classes are varied and will help to boost your energy and confidence by doing something for yourself and your baby.
The class aims to strengthen areas of the body weakened by pregnancy, making you stronger and fitter! The aim is that if you do 6 classes you should see results and you are more likely to stick to a new exercise regime.
Older children are welcome to run around or join in. Sophie’s children regularly join in.
What if my baby cries in the class?
Good, that’s what babies do and all babies are welcome. If you need to stop to feed your baby that is fine too. Sophie took her son to his first class the day after he was born and fed him during the classes. Do what you need to do to keep your child and yourself happy.

Outdoors: £5 per class or £25 for a block of 6 consecutive classes.
Indoors: £7 a class or £35 for a block of 6 consecutive classes.
