Rush Trampoline Park | High Wycombe

When it comes to trampoline parks, Rush UK in High Wycombe is pretty epic.  We were invited along to check it out and were provided with free entry.  However, all reviews on places to go in Buckinghamshire on Red Kite Days are genuine and I only include places I would recommend to a friend.

If your kids love to bounce (and mine certainly do) then this is THE place in High Wycombe to go.  The main trampoline area is huge with plenty of space for lots of kids, with plenty of individual trampolines and super duper long tumble lanes.

There are lots of other great attractions too.  My son and I loved the giant foam pit.  You can either jump straight in, balance along a beam and battle your opponent, boing along a trampoline and leap in or the more adventurous can climb the diving board.

The Adrenaline Rush Assault Course was a complete surprise, I haven’t seen anything like it at other trampoline parks I’ve been too.  Surrounded by soft foam shapes, challenge yourself to balance or swing across.  With a parkour feel but a soft landing, this is great for older kids who like a challenge.

Putting your hand-eye coordination and agility to the test, the Rush Wipeout is guaranteed to challenge you as you duck under or jump over the rotating arms.  We were there on a toddler session so I didn’t venture in but it’s included in the open jump sessions and I just know my 7 and 9 year old would love it.  They’ve been looking at the photos I took and are not impressed that I took my 3 year old while they were at school.  We’ll definitely be back in force and I’m sure Rush Trampoline will be able to occupy and tire out my 3 full of beans boys.

Still looking for more?  There’s a dodgeball court, football court and a basketball area.  It feels amazing to be able to really jump for the basket with some trampoline oomph.

Rush Trampoline Park Sessions

Open Jump sessions are for ages 4+ and if you have a little one then their toddler session is perfect so you don’t have to worry about big kids knocking them over.  You can even get a combined ticket for a toddler jump and then play in their new Ruby & Red’s soft play.

I visited with my youngest and after having a really good hour jumping about and exploring we headed to the soft play which was great.  Check out my review of the soft play (coming soon!)

If you’re looking for something a bit different, they also have an After Dark session – 90 mins with disco lights and a DJ.  I bet they sleep well after that!

Eating & Refreshments

There’s a cafe at Rush Trampoline park with a variety of options from sandwiches to pizza and also a dessert parlour full of sweet treats.
