Win a Family Day Pass to Cogges

Cogges Manor Farm in Witney has always been a firm favourite with my boys.  To celebrate it’s reopening on Saturday the 14th of March, we want to give one lucky person a family day ticket to use this year.

Cogges is famous as Yew Tree Farm in Downton Abbey, and with four new baby goats and two friendly pigs arriving this year, you can get hands on and meet a range of animals at 11am and 2pm.  Say hello to sheep, heritage chickens and ducks, and play on the adventure playground.  Do a bit of baking on a real Victorian range, and dress up in the parlour of the manor house.

What’s Coming up at Cogges Manor Farm

Opening Weekend 14th – 15th March

Opening weekend offers you a taste of the very best of Cogges, from feeding the animals to exploring the manor house. Wrap-up warm, grab your wellies, and come to Cogges to celebrate spring.  There are mini ride-on tractors for budding young farmers, sandpit and picnic area, hatching chicks, new baby piglets, and three new baby goats will be on site too.

Mrs. McGregor’s House & Garden  27th March – 20th April

Guess who’s moving in over the Easter holidays?  None other than Mrs. McGregor herself.  Cheeky rabbits better watch out, but children can come and explore her traditional walled garden, hedgehog laundry, Victorian kitchen, and search for her animal friends and enemies.   There’ll be pond dipping, wildlife trails, Easter bonnet making and much more.  All in the beautiful surrounds of a transformed house to explore.
