The Harwell Jubilee Playground is a fabulous outdoor playground for kids of all ages. It is grassy and spacious with lots of undulating hills to run up and down. The playground was opened in 2012 and shortlisted for a national award at the 2014 Biffa Awards, recognising projects that have transformed their communities
For younger children there are toddler swings, slides and springy bikes. Older children can enjoy the challenging climbing ropes, bridges, tunnels and the zip wire. For adults, there is an outdoor gym with good quality exercise equipment.
The playground is fenced but adjoins a large park which is idea for dog walking. The entire area is 14 acres.
