Burrow’s Field in Leckhampton has a great pump track and a little play park.
We had brilliant fun at the track with all levels welcome. The BMX pump track is small enough that you can stand back and see your kids at all times but plenty of undulating pathways for excitement.
With around 6.5 hectares of lovely open space, there are also football pitches and cricket squares and it’s popular with walkers with access to public rights of way and the wider countryside. My girls enjoyed riding round the whole park also which is quite good for beginners as it has a flat surface.
There’s a little play park at Burrow’s Field too so you can combine a whizz around on bikes then a play. Best suited to younger kids, with slides and a couple of climbing frames and rockers. The ground has rubber style matting so it doesn’t get all muddy and churned up.
The main entrance to the park is at the end of Moorend Grove. It’s quite a small car park on site, but we had no problems parking.
The pump track is free to visit, we love it here – will be heading back soon!
