A garden centre with parking, a great cafe, a playground makes a great combo for a family trip out. Dorney Court Kitchen Garden, is one of our favourites. It’s located just a few minutes from Dorney Lake and is the perfect place to visit after some biking or scooting at the Lake.
The cafe has indoor seating as well as several tables outside. The outside area is in a beautiful play area so it’s a great spot to enjoy a coffee and slice of cake while the children play. The playground has a cute play house, a climbing structure in an old tree as well as some ride on tractors.
The food is lovely – there’s a tempting range of cooked breakfasts, sandwiches and homemade cooked lunch options. The cakes and pastries are highly recommended too.
If you’re looking to make a whole day out, Windsor is about 7 miles away.
