Breathtakingly beautiful with a touch of feisty feminism and a glisten of girl power

Wow! I honestly didn’t expect it to be AS amazing as it was. The show is so fun, informative and emotional. I cried at several points. It is so thought provoking and really empowering.

As a woman, a mother to daughters and a teacher this ticked every single box. The actresses were insanely talented. Their acting, accents, dancing and singing was all superb. Their voices blew me away.
The story is so gripping and the show seems to fly. The songs are stuck in my head already! I honestly cannot wait to book to go again, because I want to share this moment with friends. Children were enjoying it too, despite some of it maybe being better for older children I think younger children will still love it as it’s bright, colourful and fun. Lots to watch and engage with!

It made me come away empowered, excited but above all… so proud to be a woman.



This kick ass-pirational stage show, based on the popular children’s book by Suffragette relative Kate Pankhurst, and adapted by Chris Bush (Faustus: That Damned Woman, Headlong; Pericles, National Theatre; The Band Plays On, Sheffield Theatres), comes from one of the producers of SIX.  Running at Milton Keynes Theatre until Sat 27th Jan 2024.
