A workshop that aims to help mums prepare for and navigate the sacred three months after birth, AKA the fourth trimester.
This is a chance for expecting mums to:
- learn from maternity experts and ask questions
- make friends with other local mums
- invest in your self-care, feel prepared and get excited about what happens after your baby is born
