This year Westgate Oxford is hosting ‘Santa’s Magical Reindeer Grotto’, where children will be entertained by a very special reindeer, Norbert. They’ll have the chance to make reindeer food in readiness for Christmas Eve, and enjoy a one-to-one with Santa! All children will also receive a wrapped gift of an age-appropriate book to take home.

The grotto is suitable for children aged 18 months to 10 years, but it really is fun for all!

How much will are Santa Grotto tickets? 

Tickets to the grotto cost £12.00 per child (including a gift per child) and £5 per adult.  A booking fee applies per ticket purchased – this is £1.20 per child ticket and 50p per adult ticket.

Babes in arms under 12 months are free if they are with a paying sibling and you do not want them to receive a gift.  If you are just bringing a baby, you will need to pay the full child price.

Dedicated inclusive sessions

‘Inclusive Relaxed Sessions’ are available for any families with special needs – the sessions are adapted in a variety of ways, including a more relaxed attitude to noise and lighting effects, in order to reduce anxiety and ensure a safe, enjoyable visit. During an ‘Inclusive Relaxed Session’ the team will try to help everyone feel comfortable enough to talk, sing, dance and even shout out at any point during the experience.

The sessions are on Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th and Wednesday 15th December.
