Christmas is a magical time for kids and meeting Father Christmas is a highlight of the year for little ones.  There are lots of Christmas experiences, Santa’s Grotto and special events on all around Lancashire from Blackpool to Preston and beyond.

East Lancashire Railway – Santa Specials are back for 2023. Immerse yourself into the festive atmosphere as you take a steam train trip with a host of happy elves and Father Christmas himself.

Lancaster Park –  Journey through a magical Christmas grotto, greet elves along the way, listend to a Christmas story from Mrs Claus, write your letter to Santa then meeting Father Christmas himself. Select dates from 2nd to 24th December 2023

Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm – Farmer Christmas returns for a spectacular walking adventure and lots of great Christmas activities (Ormskirk)

Ribble Steam Railway & Museum – Santa Special steam train rides will return for 2023.  Exact dates tbc (Preston)

Mrs Downsons Farm Park – Discover Father Christmas’ secret farm Headquarters, hidden from plain sight, filled with activities and experiences, with spectacular sets and theatre. performances. (Clayton-le-Dale) December weekends.

Ribby Hall Village – visit to see Santa in his NEW Grotto, journey to Neverland to see Peter Pan and enjoy all-new festive shows and activities.

Santa Camp – Santa Claus is coming to set up camp right Wayfarer field for 2 weeks in December before he hurries home to the North Pole to get ready for his busiest night of the year!  There will be a nativity trail and low sensory Santa Camps too. (Wigan)
