Little Bear’s Music offer interactive live music classes for babies and young children. Holly is a music therapist with 18 years experience of working with children. She founded Little Bear’s Music Classes because she wanted children to discover a love of music just as she did.
At Little Bear’s Music your child can explore their creativity through playing instruments, singing songs, moving to live music, and experiencing the sensory of music. Little Bear’s Music classes have been designed with the aim of providing an imaginative, exciting and supportive environment.
This was the first time Noah and Isabella have experienced a live music class, and they were extremely interested in the singing and dancing. Noah was a little shy to start with but the more songs he heard the more confident he grew. Towards the end he was joining in with everyone singing and dancing.
There was a lot of musical instruments to play with, drums, rattles, wooden sticks, bells, pom poms, maracas, light up balls, wands, teddies and so many different sensory activities to choose from.
The atmosphere was lovely, and really hearing music being played as opposed to listening to the radio was more beneficial for the little ones. They were able to watch in amazement and listen to the different sounds of the instruments.
