Sandford Parks Lido is one of our absolute favourite places to go for fun in Cheltenham. They have a 50m heated outdoor swimming pool as well as a heated children’s pool which my girls love. When the sun shines it’s like being away on holiday.
We the lido on non-sunny days too. The children’s pool is wonderfully heated – sooooo warm! My girls are just getting into the slides too.
They have great changing facilities, showers, bike racks, cafes storage lockers, sauna, kids pool & main pool, play areas, tons of space, playing field, evening events!
Established in 1935, they also have 4 acres of beautifully kept garden and we love the little play park area too.
The outdoor swimming pool in Cheltenham usually opens towards the end of March and great to visit even if it’s raining as you’re going to get wet anyway!
