Strawberry Patch Crafters run a range of craft classes for children from their studio in Woking. If your child enjoys hands on crafting fun, there are term time options for after school classes, pre school sessions and a home education class. They also run school holiday workshops.
The studio is a large, bright and airy room with plenty of space for all sorts of crafting. The cupboards hold a huge supply of resources and children bring home their creations.
Pre School Craft Classes
These are fun sessions for young children to explore a variety of crafts and learn about colours, shapes, numbers, animals. All children under school age must have a parent/guardian with them assisting.
Home Educated Craft Classes
Ideal for home educated children to explore a range of different crafts and apply their own interpretation to our theme of the week and meet other children.
After School Craft Class
After School classes have flexible arrival and duration times. Children explore a theme or topic each week and make items using various crafting methods, adding their own interpretations and designs.
Saturday Craft Classes
A drop and go session for children age 4+ to come and enjoy some time in the studio, creating simple projects. These take place approximately once a month and pre booking is required.
Saturday & Sunday Sewing Classes
Following the growing demand for children to learn hand and machine sewing skills, Strawberry Patch Crafters offer a dedicated session for children aged 7 and above. There are some machines in the studio and children are also encouraged to bring their own.
It’s not all about the kids though with Adult sewing classes available on Monday and Wednesday afternoon during the day, ideal for mums and mums to be.
