The Oratory is a unique Boarding and Day Catholic School for Boys and Girls aged 11 to 18, just outside Reading. It is placed in the top 3% of schools nationally for value-added at A Level in 2018 and again in 2020, which means that pupils leave The Oratory with higher grades than the national average for their ability. The school combines strong academic results with a supportive family ethos.

The admissions procedure is simple. Once you’ve filled out a registration form, the school maintains constant communication, aiming for a seamless and stress-free process. Pupils can join at 11+, 13+ and sixth form. Scholarships at all three entry levels are also offered.
