Campsite, Glampsite, Air BnB of dreams, 20 mins from Cheltenham and only 2 hours from London, we fell in love with Willow Hill Farm in the Cotswolds. It was so great the first time that even sacked off going abroad & returned here for our family holiday this year – perfection.
Family Friendly Camping
Staycation galore, we have adored every second of our recent visits to stay here. I cannot fault this beautiful, incredible, wild-natured, fabulous place. Set within the stunning Cotswold countryside, guest numbers are limited for a peaceful and environmental sustainable stay.
We camped and woke up each day to stunning views across the Severn countryside. Campervans are also welcome too but limited and it’s very chilled out with check in from 11am and you don’t need to check out until 11am on the day you leave.
You don’t have to rough it when it comes to the facilities either with brand new lush hot showers and loos too and an equipped camp kitchen. You can make things super easy too by pre booking ice cold drinks, BBQ packs, firewood, salads, slaws, bakery, milk, fruit, vegetables at farm gate prices to ready for your arrival.
Willow Hill Farm can also deliver a BBQ and a fire pit to your camp table for free and supply a kindling & lighter starter kit and a daily wood top up service.
Cotswolds Glamping
If you’re looking to up the luxury, they have bell tent glamping too on the edge of the farm orchard. For families they have a bell tent for the grown ups and retro caravan for teens or go for a simple family bell tent that sleeps up to four.
Willow Hill Farm is so much more than just a campsite and has amazing facilities for all ages to enjoy.
Craig the coolest, cleverest & guardian of the chickens, dog is super friendly and much loved by the kids. The campsite can also provide croquet lawn badminton, football, cricket, boules or table tennis. Better still, on a hot day, we can even facilitate water pistol wars at no extra cost.
Campsite with Heated Swimming Pools
There are two outdoor pools to enjoy and my kids learnt to swim here on holiday. The Perry Pool is a 32′ saltwater swimming pool open 8 -9 daily and the splash children’s pool is also heated. Facilities are all available as soon as you check in.
Overlooking the Perry Pool is the sun terrace with casual dining and drinking with table service which really adds the whole holiday experience.
Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly there are often special food and drink events too. You can also kick back and relaz at the Cobney bar with range of artisan beers, ciders, spirits and wines and juices and even their our own alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails. It’s a beautiful design, coastal chic and Cotswold Cool!
Facilities at the campsite are fantastic but there’s also lots to explore on your doorstep too. There are numerous walks to explore down to the River Severn, a summer wetland nature reserve and a local pub at the bottom of the orchard, The Farmers Arms.
